What is the process for changing colors of front doors, shutters, garage doors, or the exterior of my home?

If you wish to change the color or overall appearance of your front door ONLY, you do not need to submit a request to the HOA.

However, if you wish to change the color or overall appearance of your front door, and/or shutters, and/or garage door, and/or house color, etc., you need to submit a Variance Request to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  The Variance Request form can be found on our website, under Documents.
